They start with garlic, onion, sea salt and cracked pepper, and add in real tomatillos, fire-roasted jalapeños, and herbs for a signature chile verde flavor. The resulting flavor is tangy, spicy and smoky; you’re going to fall in love with it. It’s great on pork, chicken, fish and veggies.
